Listening to the sound of the three-phase asynchronous motor is one of the means to judge whether the motor is running normally. Today, Dalan Motor manufacturers have sorted out the 8 main reasons for the abnormal noise of the motor bearings.
(1) Improper assembly of bearings, such as knocking the inner ring of the bearing unevenly during cold assembly causes the shaft to wear, resulting in the loss of interference between the inner ring and the bearing or the amount of interference becomes smaller, the inner ring phenomenon occurs, and the motor end cover is installed. Uneven tapping at the time leads to the loose fitting of the bearing housing of the end cap and the outer ring of the bearing and the phenomenon of running the outer ring. Either running the inner ring or running the outer ring will cause the bearing temperature to rise sharply and cause burnout, especially the running inner ring failure will cause the shaft to wear and bend seriously. However, the outer ring of intermittent running generally does not cause a sharp rise in bearing temperature. As long as the bearing is intact, the phenomenon of outer ring running intermittently is allowed to exist.
(2) The bearing cavity is not cleaned or the added grease is not clean. For example, the tiny rigid material in the bearing cage has not been completely cleaned, and the bearing raceway is damaged during operation, causing excessive temperature rise and burning the bearing.
(3) The bearing is replaced and processed. After the end cover of the motor is nested, the interference amount is large or the ovality exceeds the standard, which causes the bearing ball clearance to be too small or uneven, which causes the friction force to increase during the operation of the bearing, and the temperature rises sharply until it burns.
(4) Due to the axial misalignment of the stator and rotor cores or the insufficient precision after re-rotating the shaft, the inner and outer rings of the bearing are not on a cutting plane, which causes the bearing to run "difficult" after the temperature rises until it burns.
(5) Because the temperature rise of the motor body is too high, and the bearing is not replenished with grease in time, it will cause the bearing to lack oil or even burn.
(6) Bearing damage due to mixed use of different types of grease.
(7) The bearing itself has manufacturing quality problems, such as rust on the raceway, inflexible rotation, excessive clearance, and deformation of the cage.
(8) The motor will not run for a long time, the grease will deteriorate, and the bearings will be rusted without being repaired.
