1. Computer pattern machine color change abnormal

If there is a feeling of stuck, it is generally that the needle bar of a certain machine head does not go up, or the take-up pole falls, or the drive tooth on the drive wheel and the pick-up tooth height or gap are incorrect. If it is easy to pull up, if you can drive after you reach the needle position, there may be a failure of the color change power board. When normal, both indicators on the needle position detection board on the color change box are lit. If the above does not light, the following will not appear, it will appear. If the needle position abnormality (or E-57) is mostly the needle position detection board is faulty, or there is a problem with the motherboard, there may be a color change abnormality caused by the decoder board. First check whether the connectors on the power board are firmly connected. If the connector ferrule is damaged, replace the damaged connector ferrule. Next, check if the fuse on the power board is blown, and if it is blown, replace the fuse. When there is a clockwise color change, and the counterclockwise does not change color, or counterclockwise color change, and clockwise does not change color, the method is the same as above. When the direction is reversed, the color can be changed, but each time the color change is exceeded, the power board should be removed to check whether the diode (D1, D2) is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the damaged device.
2. Computer pattern machine cutting line abnormality When the thread cutting bottom line is short, first check the depth of the knife. The shallower the knife depth, the shorter the bottom line. Secondly, check if the buckle fork is too tight. The proper tension of the bottom thread is the buckle of the buckle, and the bottom line can be pulled by hand. In addition, check whether the bobbin case is deformed, and the bobbin case will affect the bottom thread tension when it is rotated.
There are two reasons for the cut line: First, check the depth of the knife, the knife is too shallow to cut the line; second, change the parameters to check whether the line angle is between 310° and 315°. The abnormality of the computer pattern machine trimming line generally shows that the upper thread trimming line is short, the bottom thread trimming line is short or the cutting line is continuous.
The trimming line is short. The length of the upper thread and the tension of the thread take-up spring have a great relationship with the adjustment of the thread. The thread is tight, the tension of the thread take-up spring is large, and the thread trimming line is short. The trimming line length can be adjusted in the following ways:
(1) Adjust the parameters and the angle of the cutter. The larger the angle of the cutter, the longer the needle line.
(2) Check the line, do not tighten the thread spring and knob;
(3) Adjust the height of the buckle fork, and the high adjustment will make the upper thread longer;
