In March 2004, Fain decided to design and develop a deep-hole CNC drilling machine to provide a suitable and efficient domestic deep hole processing equipment for the processing of thick tube sheets. After more than one year of unremitting efforts of the company's colleagues, the DD40/2 deep hole CNC drilling machine has been successfully developed and put into production smoothly. The first CNC deep hole drilling machine produced by Fain signed a supply contract with Shanghai Sensong Group and has qualified to process a tube sheet for the Sensong Group (see Figure 3). The two materials use the same spindle speed, but the processing method uses different processing.
