B. Adjust the appropriate cooling water length, that is, reduce the granules;
C. For the occurrence of continuous granules, sieves can be sieved with a suitable sieve.
3, black spots
There are black speckle particles on or in the surface of the particle. The main causes of black spots are: clean machine is not clean; black spots in raw materials; screw carbonization: environmental pollution.
solution:
A. During the process of switching to the machine, it is not cleaned up and re-cleaned;
B. Strengthen the incoming material inspection, especially in the filling of mineral powder or flame retardant, it is more likely to appear black spots and impurities;
C. Pay attention to control the temperature of the screw barrel and the residence time of the material in the barrel to prevent the processing temperature from being too high;
D. Pay attention to the surrounding environmental sanitation, it is necessary to do the isolation and protection between the production of different color products.
4, discoloration
It is manifested that the color of the product changes suddenly during the production process, and there is a significant color difference. The main cause of discoloration is uneven mixing; the cleaning machine is not clean; the temperature is too high; the shearing is too strong.
solution:
A. Strictly follow the mixing process to ensure the uniformity of the mixture;
B. After the completion of the cleaning machine, check the annual inspection to ensure that the cleaning machine is clean;
C. Control the extrusion temperature to prevent the toner from decomposing due to excessive temperature;
