According to the number of air outlets required by the user and the size of the air outlet of the indoor unit, a static pressure box is prepared. If the user needs 3 outlets, 3 static pressure boxes for the outlets will be made. The static pressure box is made of a galvanized iron plate with a thickness of 0.5 to 0.8 mm. There are several ways to do a few wind outlets. The duct diameter is 200mm and the height is 180mm. The top valgus is curled. The air inlet of the static pressure box is slightly larger than the air outlet of the indoor unit. The box height is 400mm and width is 300mm.

Second, the production of air duct interface

Third, chisel wind tunnel

Seven, install the drain

The drainage pipe adopts 3/4′′ PVC pipe, and the outer side of the pipe is covered with insulation layer. The ends of the equal-diameter joint (with screws) are coated with PVC pipe glue, one end is placed on the indoor unit, and the other end is inserted with the glued PVC pipe. Fixed, always connected to the sewer, when installing, pay attention to the height of the drainage pipe and observe whether the drainage is smooth.

Eight, fixed air duct

Use φ8m expansion screws to weld φ8m×690mm steel reinforcements on both sides of the air duct, and then bend the steel bar to wind the air duct. It is also possible to use expansion screws on both sides of the air duct and lift the air duct with a wire.

Nine, sewing air interface bag

The thick canvas was cut into strips of 560 mm x 300 mm and sewn into a cylinder. The air interface bag is then wrapped in the duct joints with one fold and one fold, tightened with a parallel wire, and then the foil is attached to the joint. One end is connected to the indoor unit, and the other is terminated on each air outlet.

3. Connection of the tuyere switch As shown in the left figure, the cable with the cross-sectional area of ​​O.75mm2x3 core is put in the insulating sleeve and buried in the slot opened by each doorway to connect to the switch for controlling the tuyere. Two of the two ends of the cable are connected to two static contacts of the control switch, and the other two lines are connected to the control end of the tuyere motor. The remaining one is cut off, and one of the switches is connected to the main power supply I secondary fire line, and the outlet of the air outlet is connected to the neutral line of the main power supply line.
