The project aims to make use of modern separation technology, make full use of the olive leaves that are currently discarded as raw materials, and extract and separate active ingredients, oleuropein, flavonoids, and other polyphenol compounds that have important physiological activities and broad market prospects. Waste and treasure, extension of the industrial chain, and the formation of agricultural industries and products with market competitiveness and regional characteristics are in line with the needs of the national agricultural industry policy and strategic development, and have important social, economic, and ecological benefits.
