The research team focused on DNAase, a specific nuclease that amplifies the detection signal by "infinite loop digestion", and the signal amplification is based on a very large number of probes. To this end, they introduced a highly adsorbable graphene, which increased the number of captured cmocroRNA probes by a factor of 10, greatly improving the sensitivity of detection, and finally capturing cmocroRNA.
According to reports, through the comprehensive analysis of the captured cmocroRNA, it can be concluded whether the body has cancer and which kind of cancer, is of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of various types of tumors.
