Our province is the earliest province in China to carry out the application of graphene industrialization. It has a number of key enterprises and has formed a relatively complete graphene industrial chain. The industrialization process is at the leading level in the country. At the end of last year, the Provincial Graphene Innovation Center was approved for construction. Jiangsu Jiangnan Ethylene Graphene Technology Co., Ltd., which was jointly funded by 18 companies, was used as a carrier for the innovation center. The management structure adopted a new model of “Company + Alliance†to attract Chinese electronic technology. Group 55, Suzhou Institute of Nanoscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changzhou University and other colleges and universities and upstream and downstream enterprises participate in the construction of innovation centers to promote resource sharing and complementary advantages.
The Provincial Graphene Innovation Center will be guided by the national strategy and market demand, and strive to break through the technical and institutional obstacles that restrict the coordinated development of all links in the industrial chain, vigorously carry out forward-looking technology research and development, and seize the commanding heights of future development. Our province will strengthen policy integration, improve the public service platform, cultivate advantageous industrial bases and characteristic industrial clusters, and accelerate the development of new materials industries such as graphene and nano materials.
