Spray coating procedure
Hanging - Skim - Alkali - Elimination (by acid) - Chromizing- Drying - Spraying (primer coating, top coating, clear coating) - Baking - Inspection - Packing


Quality control


Impact test: coating adhesion test.
Hundred grid test: coating adhesion test, after coating is completely dry, 3M gummed paper in painting has hundreds grid ink surface, 45 degree quickly pulled off oil.
Coating thickness test: Ensure average coating thickness match to KYNAR 500 standard.
Chromatic aberration test: with colorimeter to ensure color of mass production panel match with GB standard.
Glossiness test: Gloss is a measure of how reflective a material is at a specified angle based on refractive index.
