Paper Softness Meter Operation and Maintenance

First, paper softness meter operation:

1. The operator should thoroughly read the instruction manual and strictly observe the operating rules and precautions for use. Non-specialist personnel should not operate or recondition the equipment casually;

2. Keep the inside of the instrument clean to prevent dust and water vapor from intruding into the instrument.

3. When the instrument is not in use, it should be covered with a cover. If it is not used for a long time, a moisture-proof agent should be placed inside the device to prevent the electronic components from being damaged by moisture. The power should be heated and flooded at intervals;

4. If the instrument fails, please have it checked by a service technician, and do not run it sick.

5. Spindle bearings should be intermittently lubricated, but care should be taken not to overdose, generally only one drop of watch oil is required each time.

Second, paper softness meter maintenance:

1 boot display window LCD screen does not shine;

2. After the start of a buzzer alarm sound;

3. The measuring head does not move up and down after starting up;

4. Do not print after the end of the test;

5. The print result is inconsistent with the displayed result;

6. Touch the measuring head by hand to overload the sensor.

7. The force value needs to be calibrated;

8. When the accessories are damaged.
