RFID smart parking system engineering design and wiring installation

1. System Introduction and Topology The standard parking system consists of a management computer, video capture card, communication adapter, time charter card meter or card issuer, vehicle detector, intercom system, entrance/exit control machine, entrance and exit guard, Image contrast system and other components.

In addition to the standard entrance and exit settings, it can also be designed as a single entrance, a single exit, a common exit and entrance, a central charge and an exit card, according to the different needs of customers.

According to the different functional requirements of the system, standard or high-speed blockers and entrance and exit control machines can be selected.

On the basis of standard equipment configurations, remote readers can be added to enhance reading distances. Customers choose different remote readers according to their needs and site conditions.

The various equipments of the system must be rationally arranged to ensure personnel's credit card and system security.

2. On-site survey and project budget The on-site survey is a contract that has been signed or is about to be signed, and the project has not been implemented yet. The construction project will be determined jointly by the person in charge of the project, market personnel, and relevant personnel of the customer. Specific content includes:

1. Determine the general manager of the project customer and the person in charge of the site, obtain their contact information, and introduce the project leader of the party at the same time, and determine the communication method between the two parties;

2. Determine the power for construction water use at the construction site, place tools, materials and equipment during the construction period, and confirm the relevant custodial responsibilities;

3. Work with the customer's responsible person to confirm the proper placement of the equipment at the construction site, the direction of the line pipe, the length, the laying method, and the selection of the line pipe (PVC pipe or other pipe). The layout of the design equipment needs to reflect professional standards and user-friendly design, so that customers feel that the design is tailor-made for them. The content of this point needs to be drawn and confirmed by the customer's signature;

4. Determine the construction period and initially confirm the start date;

5. Understand the special needs of customers;

6. After completing the site survey, you can make a construction plan according to the site conditions.

The construction plan shall include: overall project schedule, project construction organization, list of main management personnel, labor demand plan, major construction equipment plan, engineering equipment supply plan, system engineering construction method, and technical assurance measures.

3. Equipment positioning and piping design The positioning of the system equipment needs to be determined according to the site conditions. The basic principle of the design positioning is to facilitate the use of the owner, and to avoid the difficulty of reading and taking cards after parking.

Note: The equipment base cannot exceed the red line of the residential (or building) site;

If there is a requirement for fire protection at the entrance and exit, a 3.5-meter wide fire exit (inlet and exit) is to be designed.

Parking line pipe should strictly follow the principle of strong and weak electricity split pipe. Pipes should be iron pipes. The depth of cut pipe should ensure that the upper part of the pipe is more than 30mm above the ground. When the system has a long-distance line pipe, the wiring diagram should be designed (such as the network line and the line when the entrance and exit are separated). The direction of the pipeline, the model of the line pipe, the laying method and the laying distance should be marked in the drawing (see the parking lot map for details).

4. Cabling and basic production The exit of the circuit in the parking lot cabling should be located in the center of the equipment in the position diagram. The reserved height of the pipe should be 100-150 mm higher than the safety island plane or the ground, and the equipment end should be 500 mm from the nozzle. The length of the post of the booth is set at 1000 mm from the nozzle. The length of the wire for the camera and the spotlight must be taken into account.

Fiber laying considerations:

A. The reserved length of the optical fiber should be 2 to 3 meters.

B. The optical fiber should be protected during the laying process and should not be pressed by heavy objects.

C. The radius of the optical fiber at the turning point of the line is large, and the 90° elbow cannot be used. Usually, the tube well is to be turned.

D. Fibers generally enter at large angles when entering the booth.

Preparation of the basic preparation and laying of the line pipe are basically carried out simultaneously. The steps and precautions are as follows:

1. Draw the edge of the security island and the location of the equipment on the ground according to the determined device location map. The center of the equipment location is the outlet of the line pipe;

2. Lay bricks along the painted sidelines of safety islands, and reserve the position of external lines (such as network lines, power lines, and ground lines), or make external lines ready before laying bricks. When laying bricks, attention should be paid to the level of the ground. If it is not horizontal, it is necessary to make the safety island level, and reserve the thickness of the tiles is about 20 to 30 mm;

3. The line pipe can be poured into the cement mortar, when the mortar is poured, the ground leveling and pulp collection work must be done to facilitate the placement of tiles;

4. The mortar should be air-dried for 2 to 3 days after completion (depending on the temperature, the water can be extended or shortened accordingly). During the period, we must do a good job of protection and do a good job of warning signs to prevent people from stepping on. At the same time, the line pipe mouth should be sealed to prevent the stone from entering the blocked line pipe;

5. After drying, start to tile. Facade red and white tiles should be vertical and bricks must be tight. If the plane must use square tiles, it must be horizontal and vertical. In the tiling process should be promptly wiped off the excess cement, or cement can not be processed after drying.

5. The system installation equipment should be installed in accordance with the principle of “big to small”, that is, first install the largest equipment (such as the booth), install larger equipment (such as the control machine and the blocker) again, and finally install some small equipment (such as Camera, etc.) After the installation is completed and the commissioning is completed, the equipment needs to be placed in a safe place on the day to prevent loss. Also check all equipment and guard booths to prevent rain and items from being lost.

The booth and equipment should be installed in the position of the design in the position map, and the expansion screws should be fixed after being placed. Due to the heavier guard post, great care must be taken during the handling process.
