4. Stir well and the liquid level should be higher than the seed. The seeds should be thoroughly stirred in the liquid medicine to make the seeds and liquids fully contact, and the soaking effect is improved. When the seeds are soaked, the liquid surface is higher than the seeds, so as to prevent the seeds from absorbing water and exposing the liquid to affect the soaking effect.
