All provincial safety supervision bureaus and coal mine safety supervision bureaus shall carefully organize relevant scientific research institutions, institutions of higher learning and enterprises in the jurisdiction to carry out the recommendation work, and the “Reduction of Outdated Process Equipment Recommendation Form” (Annex 1) before January 31, 2015 And the electronic documents and the stamped paper materials of the "Approval Application Safety Technology Equipment Recommendation Form" (Annex 2) are submitted to the Planning and Technology Department of the State Administration of Safety Supervision.
