The textile industry sits in the Datang Hosiery Industry

Yesterday morning, at the appointment ceremony for experts of academicians of Datang Hosiery, Prof. Yao Mu, Honorary President of Xi'an Polytechnic University, and the National Academy of Chinese Textile Industry, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering officially accepted the appointment of “Director of the Expert Advisory Group of Datang Socks Transformation and Upgrading Academician”. Yang Shibin, chairman of the China Knitting Industry Association, accepted the appointment of "deputy director of the expert advisory group." Wu Cheng, the deputy mayor, issued letters of appointment to the two experts.

As one of the “6+2” key industries, Datang Hosiery has formed a powerful expert advisory team to serve the transformation and upgrading. It has invited the Deputy Secretary-General of China Knitting Industry Association Miao Jing, Li Jiang, the Industry Consulting Department, and the Member Department. Tu Ran and Deng Jun, deputy chief engineer of Jiangsu Textile Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Sun Yiren, director of Socks Professional Committee of China Knitting Industry Association participated in the seminar.

On July 31, Prof. Yao Mu also conducted a field survey of socks manufacturing enterprises and spandex production enterprises in the city.
