1. Solvent-based water-repellent paint In such paints, a polymer material as a main film-forming substance is dissolved in an organic solvent to form a solution. The polymer material is stored in a solution (coating) in a molecular state;

The coating has the following special features: the film is volatilized by the solvent volatilization, the molecular chain contact and lap joint of the polymer material; the coating is fast drying, the conjunctiva is thin and compact; the production process is simple, and the storage stability of the coating is good; Combustion, explosive, toxic, safety, production, storage and use; due to the rapid evaporation of solvents, the environment is polluted during construction.

2. Water-based water-repellent coatings Water-repellent coatings such as water-repellent coatings are used as macromolecular materials in a very small particle (rather than in a molecular state) to stably suspend (rather than dissolve) in water to form an emulsion-like coating.

The coating has the following characteristics: the film is converged by evaporation of water, through the process of solid particles approaching, contacting, deforming, etc.; the coating is dried slowly, the compactness of the film formation is lower than that of the solvent-based coating, and generally it is not suitable for construction below 5 ° C; The period generally does not exceed half a year; it can be applied on a slightly moist base; non-toxic, non-combustible, safe to produce, store, transport and use; easy to operate, does not pollute the environment; low production cost.

3. Reactive waterproof coating

In such coatings, the polymer material as the main film-forming substance exists in the liquid form of the prepolymer. The coating material is mostly composed of two components or one component, and contains almost no solvent.

Such a coating has the following characteristics: a liquid polymer prepolymer chemically reacts with a corresponding substance to become a solid matter (conjunctiva); a thick coating film can be formed in one piece, no shrinkage, and the coating film is dense; Sub-paints need to be accurate 1:2 on site; evenly stirred to ensure quality; the price is more expensive.
