    In this machining program, the program needs to establish several important relationships, such as the positional relationship of the ball cutter when machining the bevel, and the relationship of the movement path of the machining depth each time. These relationships interact and interact.

Processing trajectory analysis:

    The chamfering process is performed using a ball cutter, and the machining direction is lifted layer by layer from the bottom to the top, but the depth problem when the ball cutter is used to machine the bevel requires mathematical calculation, and the convenient programming and the path of the trajectory are selected on the knives. The core and the tip are just two geometric points of the ball cutter, and any point on the tool is the same "translation" as the tool is integrated. Therefore, when the coordinates of the Z axis of the core are determined, the coordinates are reduced. Going to a tool radius determines the tool nose coordinates, which not only makes programming and math calculations convenient, but also follows a uniform tool setting (tool tip).
