Domestic urea market prices are still falling

The domestic urea market prices are still declining, and the market prices in some regions remain stable for the time being. As the demand for fertilizer use in the market gradually closes in the summer, the domestic urea market will enter the low season for demand.

At present, the urea market prices in Shandong and Lianghe are still declining. The mainstream urea market price in Shandong is around RMB 1780/ton. As the market demand continues to be weak, the actual transaction price of urea manufacturers in the Central Plains region has dropped to 1700-1780 yuan/ton. Summer fertilizer market in Suyu gradually ended, recently urea manufacturers sales gradually declined, affected by the increase in demand in the previous period, the local urea market prices decline is relatively slow, individual manufacturers ex-factory price slightly higher, the current local urea factory mainstream factory price 1850 -1930 yuan/ton. The recent international urea market prices are still declining. At present, China's small-granule urea prices have fallen to a low of about US$303/ton. The Black Sea and Baltic FOB prices have been US$310/tonne and US$300/tonne, respectively, due to the weak domestic market and port inventory. Many and international market prices continued to decline, and it is expected that the urea market price will hardly stop falling and stabilizing in the short term.
