(1) The magnetic pump bearing is damaged.

The magnetic pump bearing is made of high-density carbon. If the pump breaks the water or there are impurities in the pump, it will cause damage to the bearing. If the coaxiality between the magnetic rotor inside and outside the cylindrical coupling is not guaranteed, It will also directly affect the life of the bearing.

(2) Insufficient head of magnetic pump.

The causes of this failure are: there is air in the transmission medium, the impeller is damaged, the speed is not enough, the proportion of the liquid to be transferred is too large, and the flow rate is too large.

(3) insufficient magnetic pump flow.

The main causes of insufficient flow are: impaired impeller, insufficient rotating speed, excessive lift, blockage of debris in the pipe, etc.

(4) The magnetic pump cannot drive out the liquid The magnetic pump cannot drive out the liquid which is the most prone to failure of the pump. The reason is also more. First, check the suction pipe of the pump for leaks and check if the air in the suction pipe is discharged. Whether the amount of liquid poured into the pump is sufficient and whether the suction pipe is clogged with debris, check whether the pump is reversed (especially after changing the motor or after the power line is overhauled). Also pay attention to the suction of the pump. Is the height too high?

(5) Broken pump shaft The material of the pump shaft of the magnetic pump is 99% alumina ceramic. The main reason for the breakage of the pump shaft is that the pump shaft is broken and the shaft is broken due to the dry grinding of the pump. See the bearings have been worn to prevent the pump from breaking. The main way to prevent the pump from breaking is to avoid empty operation of the pump.

If the above check still cannot be resolved, the magnetic pump can be disassembled and checked to see if the pump shaft is broken. Also check the pump's moving ring, if the stationary ring is intact, and if the whole rotor can move in a small amount axially. If the axial movement is difficult, Check if the carbon bearing is too tightly attached to the pump shaft.

It is worth noting that the pump repair several times can not find the problem, should pay attention to whether the magnetic coupling is working properly. When considering whether the speed is enough, we must first check whether the speed of the motor itself is normal, can use the tachometer to measure, in the motor When the rotation speed is normal, it can be considered whether there will be a slippage of the magnetic coupling.
