The data acquisition module includes three branch structures in the loop, which respectively perform bridge balance data acquisition, measurement data acquisition, and stop acquisition operations. The established data collection queue includes “balance”, “start acquisition”, and “STOP”. An enumeration element that corresponds to the CASE structure branch in the loop. Bridge balance is an important part of the test, and the accuracy of the test data. Balance principle: first collect data to determine whether it is within the balance range. If it is within the range, it will be balanced. If it is not within the range, judge the movement direction of the potentiometer, and send a command to the hardware to adjust the potentiometer up or down until the acquisition. The data is in a balanced range.

After the balance and parameter setting, start collecting data, click the front panel to start the acquisition button, the event structure in the first loop of the block diagram generates a response, the element “starts collecting” into the queue I, exits the queue in the data collection loop, and enters the data collection thread. The data acquisition module is called as a subVI, and sends a channel mode, a sampling frequency, a start reading, and the like to the hardware, and then performs a cyclic acquisition operation, and the collected data is continuously sent to the queue II, and the data display loop is from the queue II. The data is read out and emptied, and the cycle is repeated, so that real-time data acquisition is realized, and the data collected in real time is processed and displayed in the waveform chart. You can also save the data in the DAT file by clicking the front panel save button for analysis.
