The “Guidance Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion of Independent Brand Construction of Apparel Home Textiles” jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on the 10th pointed out that it will encourage the listing of independent brands of apparel and home textile companies that meet the requirements. The "Guidance Opinions" proposed that independent brand clothing and home textile enterprises should be supported to improve their core competitiveness. Establish a new type of bank-enterprise relationship, guide financial institutions to innovate in business operation models, encourage apparel and home textile companies to use their own brands as collateral, finance according to regulations in accordance with regulations, and explore and establish an independent brand credit guarantee system.
