It plans to use six months to carry out serious self-inspection, network-based investigation, and rectification through all levels of land and resources departments. Special rectification actions will focus on investigating unlicensed exploration and mining, exceeding the scope of mining approved mining areas, mining licenses and mining inconsistencies and mining beyond the scale of production, illegal transfer of prospecting rights, mining rights, destruction of mineral resources and geological environment and other illegal activities. The Provincial Department of Land and Resources requested the provincial, municipal, and county (district) three-tier land resources departments to strengthen the functions of mineral resources development and management, implement all-around exploration and development services and supervision, and ensure the healthy operation of mineral resources development and management; Exclude all infractions and influences of violations of laws and regulations on exploration and development; through joint investigations, ensure that there are no dead ends or loopholes in self-examination and investigation, and handle problems without leaving tails.
