JKM8320 super high-speed CBN servo CNC grinding machine independently developed by Jiangxi Jack Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and JKM8330 large-scale precision profiled surface-mounted CNC grinding machine have recently passed the new product appraisal.
The experts of the appraisal committee have rigorously argued that the two new products have adopted the ultra-high-speed grinding process of hardened steel materials, CBN grinding wheel and developed the application of the point-tracking follow-up grinding process and corresponding software to establish a non-circular contour mathematics. The model realizes the composite grinding of round and non-circular contours, and solves the problem of machining of irregular-shaped parts such as non-circular contours. The prototype was inspected by the Provincial Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, confirming that its manufacturing precision and processing accuracy are in line with relevant national standards.
