Nowadays, many domestic gasoline engine launchers use exhaust turbocharger skills; this skill can not only improve power; it can also increase torque; however, the launcher with this layout should pay attention to some problems when it is used; otherwise it will Forming premature failure of the turbocharger.
Firstly, the approximate layout principle of the turbocharger; the exhaust turbocharger is mainly composed of the pump wheel and the turbine; of course, there are other control components. The pump wheel and the turbine are connected by a shaft; that is, the rotor; the engine is discharged. The exhaust gas drives the pump wheel; the pump wheel rotates the turbine; the turbine is pressurized to pressurize the intake system. The supercharger device is on the exhaust side of the initiator; therefore, the operating temperature of the supercharger is high; and the supercharger The rotor speed is very high during operation; it can reach hundreds of thousands of revolutions per minute; such high speed and temperature make the common mechanical needle roller or ball bearing unable to work for the rotor; therefore, the turbocharger uses a full floating bearing; Smoothed by the oil; and the coolant is cooled by the supercharger.
So align this layout principle; pay attention to some issues when using this kind of initiator:
1. After the engine is started, it should work at an idle speed for a moment; make the smooth oil reach the certain working temperature and pressure; prevent the friction from accumulating due to the oil-free bearing when the load is added; or even jam. When the vehicle is parked, the booster rotor has a certain inertia; therefore, the initiator should not be extinguished immediately; it should be idle for a period of time; so that the temperature and speed of the supercharger rotor are gradually reduced. Immediately extinguishing the flame will cause the oil to lose pressure; Inertial transformation is not smooth and damaged.3. Always check the oil quantity of the engine; prevent the bearing from failing due to the shortage of oil and the locking parts are stuck. Timing replacement of oil and machine filter; due to the high demand for smooth oil for full-floating bearings; should use the manufacturer's regular trademark oil.5. The air filter is removed periodically; the air filter is dirty and the intake resistance is added; the power of the initiator is reduced. Often check the airtightness of the air intake system; air leaks will draw dust into the booster and the initiator; damage the booster and the initiator.7. Because turbocharger rotor bearings are highly precise; the operating environment requirements for repairs and installations are severe; so if the supercharger is faulty or damaged, it should be repaired at the designated repair station.
