(TSXV: UBR) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with a private supplier to acquire 100% of the two large graphite projects, the Asbury Graphite Mine and the Canadian Graphite Project. The Asbury graphite mine is located 60 kilometers south of Mont-Laurier, Quebec, and includes two tenements covering the former Asbury graphite mine. The Canadian graphite project is located 13 km east of St-Michel-de-Wentworth in the Laurentian region of Quebec and includes two mining rights zones.
