1. The chemical composition is unqualified. The cost of doping a lot of aluminum and aluminum scraps in commodities is greatly reduced. However, the chemical composition of aluminum profiles will be unqualified, which will seriously endanger the safety of the construction project.

2, the number of aluminum cut off the closure of many times, reducing the loss of chemical reagents, the cost down, but the profile of corrosion resistance is also greatly reduced.

3, thin oxide film thickness. National standard rules for the construction of aluminum oxide film thickness should not be less than 10um (micron). The thickness is not enough, the appearance of aluminum is easy to rust and corrosion. Sampling inspection of some no name, site, production license, certification of aluminum profiles, the oxide film thickness is only 2 to 4um, and some or even no oxide film. According to the expert's budget, if the thickness of oxide film is reduced by 1um, the cost of electricity consumption per ton of profile can be reduced by more than 150 yuan.

4, chemical composition is not qualified. The incorporation of a lot of aluminum and aluminum scrap aluminum can greatly reduce the cost, but it will cause the failure of the chemical composition of aluminum profiles, seriously jeopardizing the safety of the construction project.

Unqualified aluminum profiles will cause deformation of aluminum profiles due to air, rain, and sunlight, and even appearance of glass cracks, drop, etc.
