Method for realizing knife processing on an online cutting machine

Various types of wire-cutting machines have their own range of cutting, and the size of the cutting part of the cut piece exceeds this range. Can not be processed. After practice, we have explored a set of processing blocks for the knife, successfully solved the above problems, and expanded the processing range of the machine tool. Now this method is introduced as follows.

1. Preparatory work

Everything that must be processed by the knife must be done three things:

(1) In addition to grinding the upper and lower gradual planes on the grinding machine, a reference façade must be ground on a long façade.

(2) In the general procedure, the coordinates of the bead and the stop point of the connecting part should be found first, and the overall cutting path line should be drawn.

(3) The cutting die should be drilled with a coordinate pre-hole on the side of the track (the center of the stick hole has dimensions). See point P in the figure (the cutting punch should be drilled with a coordinate pre-hole outside the trajectory).

2. Correcting the workpiece

(1) Adjust the workpiece and the table so that the sag point of the upper guide wheel is aligned with the M point in the figure. This point is the midpoint of the Y-axis cutting distance of the workpiece before the knife is connected, and is also the midpoint of the Y-axis workpiece table. Light pressure special.

(2) Aspirate the dial gauge on the upper beam measuring surface, align the head to the reference façade of the workpiece, and shake the Y-axis table to correct the workpiece. After the workpiece has a runout of less than 0.01 mm in 100 mm, the workpiece is pressed.

3. Starting the knife

After shaking, the molybdenum wire is inserted into the pre-hole, and the molybdenum wire is placed in the center of the pre-hole, the machine tool is started, the cold-discharging system is opened, and the molybdenum wire is disturbed to the predetermined trajectory line in the X-axis direction until the trajectory line Coincident, forget to enter the program, cutting begins.

4. Row knife

There should be three points in the line.

(1) Control the flow rate of the coolant to make it uniform and moderate. If the workpiece exceeds the workbench, it should be done in time, and the cold liquid guides the workpiece.

(2) Observe and adjust the world cutting current and keep it relatively stable.

(3) Observe the feeding situation and find that the speed is not uniform and should be tight in time.

5. Stop the knife

When cutting to point C in the figure (predetermined cutting point). The cutting should be stopped in time, and the gap procedure should be removed to enter the “hidden knife program”.

6. Shooting knife

Let the molybdenum wire leave the original program trajectory in the r-axis direction, and smash toward the concave touch, see the A part in the figure (the outer part is hidden when the punch is cut).
