Wall treatment is the focus of home improvement. First, the treatment of concrete walls
1. Concrete walls should be dry, generally requiring a moisture content of 8%. The above requirements can be achieved after 2 weeks in summer and 3-4 weeks in winter. Touching the surface of the concrete does not feel wet, so it is generally OK.
2. There are a lot of pores and blisters on the surface of the concrete, and it is necessary to rely on putty to fill and level it. If the wall is painted with a large white paste or general interior wall paint, gypsum putty, white putty or 821 putty can be applied. If the wall is made of scrub-resistant paint or waterproof paint, it needs to be filled with cement putty or white cement putty.
3. When the putty is scraped, first repair the pits and pockmarks locally and dry them with sandpaper; then scrape the putty the first time, scrape them horizontally with a rubber scraper, and a scraper immediately follows a scraper. The joints do not stay. Alas, the last tip of each scraper must be cleanly scraped off. After drying, grind the surface with sandpaper, clean the wall, and then scrape it again the second time. The method is the same as putty for the first time. After drying, grind it with fine sand paper, but do not grind the putty layer through the bottom. Be sure to wait until the first time putty is dry before you can sandpaper and scrape the second time putty.
4. After the putty layer is finished, it is required to have a smooth surface and be firmly bonded to the grass-roots layer without any peeling, peeling, or powder falling-off.
Second, cement mortar or plaster mortar wall treatment
1. Plastering surface should be smooth and solid, dry and clean, there is no emptying, sanding, peeling, crisp and other phenomena. After two weeks of plaster at room temperature can reach a moisture content of 10% or less.
2. Repair the area where the local empty drum falls off. First, remove the loose parts, and use a 107 glue·water=1:3 107 glue to moisten the damaged parts, then wipe the cement mortar or white-grey mortar, or repair with 107 cement cement putty.
3. Full of scraping putty. According to the requirements of different parts of the wall for water resistance, different putties are used. The putty scraping method is the same as the concrete wall scraping method.
Third, gypsum board surface treatment
1. In order to improve the water resistance of the gypsum board, a special waterproof coating for gypsum board, such as YJ-4 waterproof coating, is first brushed on the board surface.
2. Fill the gypsum putty again, dry it with sandpaper, and then scrape it with a large white putty. Smooth it with fine sandpaper.
3. A layer of 107 glue is brushed on the surface of the putty layer so that the strength of the putty layer can be increased, and the surface layer coating and the putty layer can be firmly bonded. The mix ratio of 107 glue (mass ratio) was 107 glue: water=1:3.
