The rolling elements distribute the rolling elements uniformly between the inner ring and the outer ring by means of the cage. The shape and quantity of the bearing directly affect the performance and life of the rolling bearing. The rolling bearing is easy to use and maintain, reliable in operation, good in starting performance, and has high bearing capacity under moderate speed. Compared with the plain bearing, the radial dimension of the rolling bearing is larger, the vibration-reducing ability is lower, and the life at high speed is low and the sound is louder. The radial bearings in a rolling bearing (mainly subjected to radial forces) are usually composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements and a rolling element cage 4 part. The inner ring is tightly sleeved on the journal and rotates with the shaft, and the outer ring is mounted in the housing bore. A raceway is formed on the outer circumference of the inner ring and the inner circumference of the outer ring. Ferrules and rolling elements are usually made of high-strength, wear-resistant rolling bearing steel. After quenching, the surface hardness should reach HRC 60-65. The cage is mostly made of stamped steel and can also be made of copper alloy cloth bakelite or plastic. The difference between the rolling bearing and the sliding bearing is firstly represented in the structure. The rolling bearing is supported by the rotation of the rolling elements to support the rotating shaft. Therefore, the contact point is a point. The more the rolling elements, the more the contact points are; the sliding bearing is on the smooth surface. To support the rotating shaft, the contact area is a face. Followed by different ways of movement, rolling bearing movement is rolling; sliding bearing movement is sliding, so the friction situation is completely different.
